Please can you tell me how we proceed from here, I will not be seeing my husband until tomorrow evening so will confirm our acceptance in a few days, after we have had chance to discuss your offer. Once again, many thanks for your help - I don't know whether I should tell you this, but I contacted three mortgage companies over the internet and you were the only ones to respond. Many thanks for your help with my Halifax mortgage. To make a reduction of 37% on the interest is most impressive. The savings on life insurance were larger as a percentage (42%) but these obviously did not delight me as much as the mortgage, as the net result was much smaller. Thank you for the £ 3000 benefit to this years cashflow.

Just a line to say thank you for returning my documents and to let you know what happened in the end with my mortgage. The Principality (my own Building Society), gave me a very good deal on a repayment mortgage, which has a reduced rate for the first two years. This means I am actually paying less now for my mortgage under a repayment scheme, than I was with the Endowment. I have cashed in my Endowment and have had a very positive response from the Ombudsman, and I am now taking that case forward. Thank you for your time, I hope you don't think I wasted too much of it (although I'm sure you do). I am sometimes a bit slow to make decisions, but once I have made them they are usually the right ones. You did however give me some good advice regarding my Endowment Policy and for that I am very grateful.
